This was my first time using a babysitting service in Bali, and I was extremely satisfied. Nui was truly professional; she came well-prepared for many situations, urged to learn about my 6 months old baby in advance before she met her. And although it must have been challenging to care for a baby she’d never met before, she handled everything so well. We were recommended Febylous Bali Nanny care through a friend. We were recommended a particular Nanny but unfortunately she wasn’t available for our dates. As a result, we chose another Nanny and I’ve got to say, we hit the jackpot! We had Jo, she was amazing and our girls adored her.

From the first meeting, our girls were very close with Jo and they didn’t want her to leave.

We used Jo 3 times during our stay and each time we were in a different location.

Jo brought creative games for the kids to do, fed, bathed and cared for them like they were her own!

We were kept updated throughout the time she had the girls through WhatsApp, with text, pictures and videos!

She is worth even cent + more for her services!

We absolutely loved our Nanny Iluh! I was a bit nervous about hiring a nanny, but choosing Iluh ended up being the highlight of our entire holiday. We adore her. I felt completely safe leaving my son in her hands — she is warm, experienced, gentle, and so confident in what she does. She made everything feel effortless, from bath time to bedtime, and my husband and I were finally able to enjoy our holiday both as parents AND as a couple.

Iluh was incredibly flexible and never made us feel rushed to return to the villa if we ever popped out. Throughout the day she sent us plenty of updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Every time she arrived, my son’s face would light up and he would crawl straight to her. On our outing days, Iluh always encouraged us to enjoy our time with our other family members and would keep my son happy, entertained and well cared for.

She is very respectful and follows any routines or rules you set for your child. This was my third trip to Bali but my first since having a baby, and from now on, every time we return, we will book Iluh without question. We genuinely miss her already and can’t wait to see her again.

She is the best — please look after her well if you book her :)

Nous avons fait appel à Fitri pendant presque deux semaines pour nous aider avec nos filles de 4 ans et 11 mois.
Elle a apporté plein d’activités mais surtout elle est vraiment géniale avec les enfants. Ma fille Olivia ne parle pas anglais mais elles ont réussi à se comprendre et Fitri a été très patiente avec elle.
C’est une femme dynamique, qui fait très attention à la sécurité des enfants et s’assure qu’ils ne s’ennuient jamais. Nous avons passé de supers moments avec Fitri, qui est très drôle.
Elle a plein d’idées, sait cuisiner, vous aide avec tout ce qui concerne les enfants et plus encore.
Merci Fitri, nous ne t’oublierons pas. Tu es une femme incroyable ! Prends soin de toi et ta famille ❤️
