DEPOSIT / PAYMENT METHODS WE RECEIVED :

To secure your booking in our system, a minimum deposit of 1 million IDR is necessary.
The deposit will later be applied to cover the nanny’s fees when she is working once your deposit is exhausted, you can begin paying the nanny’s fee directly in cash to her on a daily basis.

Please take note:
– All transfers from overseas bank accounts must be made in full, and the bank charges will be your responsibility. 
(Each bank has its difference terms and conditions regarding charges, third-party fees, etc. PLEASE ensure you are aware before doing any payment and PLEASE CHECK the currency rates, as each bank may have different currencies since we will receive your deposit in IDR.)

CASH

OVERSEAS BANK TRANSFER :
* Please make a special note with the nanny’s name and your name according in the reservation book (if allowed to write note ). If not, you have the option to use a Unique Code behind the amount,
for example: 1,000,022 (we receive many deposits daily, so please make it easier for us to confirm ✅).
(Some banks may take 3 to 7 days for the deposit to arrive in our bank account.)

Wise App Method:
This method would make it easier for us to receive your deposit, as it usually takes just 24 hours.
You can try to settle in your Wise and send it directly to our bank account.

Credit Card Method:
Our Accounting team will create Credit Card Link and send it direct to you. You can easily make payment in once click.
Note : (we only accept Credit Card with Mastercard and Visa Logo) the amount we send it to you already includes + 5% credit card fee + 0.5% VAT.

PayPal Method:
we will provide you our Paypal Address..
(Please take a note : Paypal charge 5% fee for every transaction so please add the total amount + 5% PayPal fees.)
please send the amount in USD or AUD.

Note : Don’t forget to also send us the proof of transfer/successful transaction.
Once we have received it, our accounting team will notified you along with the receipt.

Note : √ The deposit will be reduce later to pay the nanny’s fees when she works

Before using our services, please ensure that you agree to and comprehend our terms and conditions.
Please be commit and cooperate if you have reached an agreement :

  • We understand anything can happen during the booking of this nanny service from your side. Holiday to Bali must be postponed due to emergency reasons, if after making a deposit and you want to cancel no later than 2 weeks before your reservation arrives. We will refund your deposit amount with a deduction of bank admin fees which are entirely borne by you.
  • If you cancel a week before your reservation arrives, we will deduct 50% of your deposit and the remaining deposit will be refund to you with the bank admin being borne entirely by you.
  • If you make a sudden cancellation less than a week or on the day or in the last minutes of the reservation, all deposits cannot be refunded without any reason, please understand this because all reservations that have been locked in our system will be tied to you and we need time to refill the lost nanny reservations. This deposit will be given to the nanny that have been choose by you, as a Compensation fee and nanny need to be able to wait her new reservations.

Please contact our reservation team to complete the cancellation form and the refund process will be carried out by our team within 7×24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays dates in Indonesia).
