Services
Feby’lous – nanny care and babysitter will provide you the best reliable care in Bali. Have a fantastic Holiday while we take great care of your little ones!
Nanny Roles :
- It is important to note and emphasize that our nanny operates according to your directions. The nanny acts as a support to assist you in caring for your children, playsitter, aiding with daily routines, handling nappy changes, baths, and dressing, tending to in childcare’s laundry, simple food preparation, tidying up after the children, and helping with your child’s necessities.
- The nanny does not work as a maid, and she does not perform household chores.
Working Hours :
- Our Minimum booking is 5 hours / day and maximum 14 hours / day
- Our nannies offer a high level of flexibility with their working hours, allowing them to assist you throughout the day or even into the late evening based on your specific requirements. Feel free to directly communicate with our nannies to discuss and determine the best arrangement that suits your needs.
BREAK TIME or LUNCH / DINNER TIME: (applies to those using a nanny for more than 6 hours)
- if you use a nanny service for more than 7 hours / day.
Please provide the nanny one time meal, If the food at the hotel/villa seems too expensive to you, you have the option to request the nanny to bring her own food or to use gojek to order food and pay for it. - please give nanny Break time for having her lunch / Dinner minimum 30 minutes.
COVERAGE AREAS
- Our coverage area without Travel fee : (Seminyak, Legian, and , kuta beach areas)
- Canggu, Nusa dua, Jimbaran, Pererenan areas : 40,000 – 50,000 idr / day
- Ubud, uluwatu, Bingin, Unggasan, Gianyar : 50,000 – 60,000 idr / day
- Tabanan, Seseh, Cemagi, Tanah Lot, Tegalalang : 70,000 – 80,000 / day
- We didn’t cover Amed, Karangasem, Lovina, Buleleng, Kintamani areas (except Live in Option)
Regulation :
- Please sign the attendance form every time the nanny finishes work, and please check again the time of arrival and return of the nanny and pay according to the hours of use.
- please report immediately if you do not receive the absence form from the nanny each day after nanny finished work.
PLAYSITTER
- We offer more than just nannies who come to watch your children and do nothing. Along with supervision, we organize various activities, provide toys, and arrange interactive games to keep your little ones entertained. The nanny will actively engage in playing with them.
EXTEND DATES
Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up! If you’re thinking of extending the time you need the nanny, just give us a shout and we’ll work out the schedule for you. We want to make sure there are no scheduling conflicts with the next reservation, so we really appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
RANDOM
There might not be many nannies available if you reserve a book at the last minute, which means you won’t be able to have the same nanny every day due to high demand for nannies.
GUARANTEE
- We guarantee that all reservations confirmed by us will run according to our schedule and system, but please kindly understand if something happens to the nanny, such as: nanny not feeling well, accident, emergency, death, disaster etc. we will definitely notify you as soon as possible and prepare you a replacement nanny!
- According to the schedule set by the nanny, all issued reservations will continue forward and your booking reservation will not be canceled.
- We will provide FREE compensation for using the nanny for 2 hours if the nanny arrives late (Late for at least 40 minutes)
- Don’t worry, if the nanny assigned to you can’t make it due to illness or if you’re not satisfied with her performance, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
PAYMENT :
- After the nanny finishes for the day, kindly make the payment in cash directly to her.
- Alternatively, you may choose to send us a request for the payment link in order to utilize credit card options, make transfers, or use PayPal.
FUTURE
- Our nannies exclusively operate under our supervision. Kindly refrain from booking with the nanny on an individual basis.
- In the coming holidays if you want to book the same nanny please kindly arrange it back with us, Please book your favorite nanny more early to make sure she is available for whole dates.
