Our agency holds a valid license and official authorization from the government, ensuring that we operate within the legal framework established by Indonesian law. Before using our services, please ensure that you agree to and comprehend our terms and conditions.

Nanny Roles :
- It is important to note and emphasize that our nanny operates according to your directions. The nanny acts as a support to assist you in caring for your children :
✔ Supervising and caring for children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
✔ Engaging children in age-appropriate activities.
✔ Helping with school drop-offs or pick-ups (if needed)
✔ Providing overnight care, (if needed).
✔ Preparing meals and snacks for children.
✔ Being playsitter, Assist kids in many indoor / outdoors activities, supervise kids in pool.
✔ Light housekeeping related to the children’s areas, such as cleaning up after meals and doing children’s laundry. - The nanny does not work as a maid / housekeeping, and she does not perform household chores.
- Please inform our nannies about your children’s daily routine, rules, and any other information that our nannies need to be aware of and understand her task.
Working Hours :
- Our Minimum booking is 5 hours / day and maximum 14 hours / day
- Our nannies offer a high level of flexibility with their working hours, allowing them to assist you throughout the day or even into the late night depending on your requirements. The working times not have to be same for each days, Feel free to directly communicate with our nannies to discuss and determine the best arrangement that suits your needs.
Meals TIME : (applies to those using a nanny for more than 6 hours)
- if you use a nanny service for more than 6 hours / day.
Please provide the nanny one time meal, If the food at the hotel/villa seems too expensive to you, you have the option to request the nanny to bring her own food or to use gojek to order food and pay for it. - please give nanny Break time for having her lunch / Dinner minimum 20 minutes, but if you are not around nanny is very good in arrange her own break times.
Coverage Areas :
- Our coverage area without Travel fee : (Seminyak, Legian, and , kuta beach areas)
- Canggu, Nusa dua, kerobokkan, umalas, Jimbaran, areas : 50,000 idr / day
- Ubud, uluwatu, Bingin, Unggasan, pererenan, Gianyar aread : 60,000 idr / day
- Tabanan, Seseh, Cemagi, Tanah Lot, Tegalalang, Candidasa: 100,000 / day
- We didn’t cover Amed, Karangasem, Lovina, Buleleng, Kintamani areas (except Live in Option)
Play Sitter :
- We offer more than just nannies who come to watch your children and do nothing. Along with supervision, we organize various activities, provide toys, and arrange interactive games to keep your little ones entertained. The nanny will actively engage in playing with them.
Extend dates / Last minutes reservation:
- Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up! If you’re thinking of extending the time you need the nanny, just give us a shout and we’ll work out the schedule for you. If the nanny is still available for your require dates, for sure you can keep the same nanny. It’s important to check first with us as we need to make sure there are no scheduling conflicts with her next reservation, so we really appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Note: There might not be many nannies available if you reserve a book at the last minute, which means you won’t be able to have the same nanny every day due to high demand for nannies.
Guarantee :
- We guarantee that all reservations confirmed by us will run according to our schedule and system, but please kindly understand if something happens to the nanny, such as: nanny not feeling well, accident, emergency, death, disaster etc. we will definitely notify you as soon as possible and prepare you a Substitute nanny!
- According to the schedule that have been set by our agreement in advance, all issued reservations will continue forward and your booking reservation will not be canceled.
- We will provide FREE compensation for using the nanny service for 2 hours if the nanny arrives late (Late for at least 40 minutes) except nanny have an accident or incident that beyond our expectation.
- Don’t worry, if the nanny assigned to you can’t make it due to illness or if you’re not satisfied with her performance, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Daily Payment :
- After the nanny finished work at the end of the day, kindly make the payment in cash directly to her.
- Alternatively, you may choose to send us a request for another payment methods, and all payment should be completed on your last day reservation.
Future :
- Our nannies exclusively operate under our supervision. Kindly refrain from booking with the nanny on an individual basis.
- In the coming holidays if you want to book the same nanny, please kindly arrange it back with us to avoid any misunderstanding, please book your favorite nanny earlier to make sure she is available for your whole dates.

That’s Why we are not responsible for anything and are released from all claims if you make a reservation personally directly to the related nanny!! without any confirmation to the Our Reservations team and we do not accept any complaints or problems that will arise in the future. ⚠️⚠️
